Savvy Passage Tips

Set fare alerts early to watch for the best flight prices into Bermuda. A little flexibility can go a long way, flying Thursday instead of Friday may save money.

Don’t forget to check credit card points or airline miles, and coordinate with other guests arriving around the same time to share taxis from the airport.

Island Provisions

May in Bermuda brings warm tropical air and gentle sea breezes. We suggest packing 'Island Elegant' attire: linens, lightweight comfy beachwear, and dressier beachwear. Remember to include comfortable shoes for exploring our pink sand shores and a light wrap for sunset cocktails.

The Sailor's Guide: Frequently Asked Questions

What is the dress code for the wedding weekend?

The attire is Island Elegant / Beach Formal. Think linen suits, coastal cocktail dresses, and dressy sandals for the sand. We recommend avoiding stilettos.

What travel documents are required for Bermuda?

All international visitors require a valid passport. Please ensure your passport has at least six months of validity remaining before your travel dates.

Is the currency in Bermuda different?

Bermuda uses the Bermudian Dollar, which is tied 1:1 with the US Dollar. Both currencies are accepted interchangeably throughout the island.

How long can we stay?

The guest rate is valid for the 3 day of the wedding, 3rd, 4th and 5th May, plus 3 days before and 3 days after.

We will be staying at the resort from Sunday 30th April until Monday 8th May.

Are children invited to join the celebration?

While only children in the wedding party will be attending, we understand that every situation is different. If you have a special requirement, please just pop us a message.

How do we travel from the airport to the resort?

Cambridge Beaches is approximately 45 minutes from L.F. Wade International. Taxis are plentiful at the airport and accept both cash and major cards.

What should we expect for the weather?

May is one of the best times to visit Bermuda, with clear skies and temperatures around 76°F/24°C. Evenings can be cool, so a light wrap is recommended.

What is the RSVP deadline?

We kindly ask that you RSVP via our website by February 1st, 2028, so we can coordinate seating and catering with the venue.
